Orlando Agraz Figueroa, M.A., NCSP, LEP #4459
I'm Orlando, the founder and Licensed Educational Psychologist behind this practice. My journey into educational psychology was shaped by hands-on experiences in education and advocacy.
I’ve assessed students across different grade levels and settings, including those with disabilities like Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Emotional Disabilities.
Mission
My mission is to empower learners and their support networks with clear, actionable insights. I strive to bridge the gap between assessment and practical application, ensuring that every recommendation is tailored to foster academic success and personal growth.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, I am dedicated to providing inclusive and culturally sensitive services to families and students from diverse backgrounds.
Background & Experience
Before becoming a Licensed Educational Psychologist, I spent several years as a 6th grade teacher and later as an Intervention Teacher. These roles provided invaluable firsthand experience working with children of diverse needs, shaping my approach to providing practical recommendations for struggling learners.
I've also worked as an Educational Advocate and Behavior Technician, honing my skills in supporting children and families through practical training and advocacy.
